This car is being relisted due to a non-paying bidder. DO NOT BID if yoiu have no intensions of paying! Ratings under 5, you will be deleted. This is a 1969 Charger that came from Georgia in 1984-85 and has been sitting in Kentucky since. The car is now in Michigan. There is no motor or transmission. It was a 383 Big Block car with air conditioning. It was originally built with a 383 with 2 barrel, automatic, a/c and light green exterior paint. A St. Louis built assembly plant car. The history of the car that I was told was that this was a TV Show jump car. I had read in the past that the jump cars were piped with dual exhaust flex hose from front to back, where needed, because it was cheap. This car has evidence of that flexpipe as seen in the photos. The previous owner also told me that there was something segnifigant about it being car #167 but he didn't remember exactly what that meant. I was going to restore this car with all new AMD Sheetmetal and build a 69 Charger the way I wanted it, but knowing the cars history, I think it should go to someone that wants to preserve "Dukes History". A. Keep the car as is, in its last present condition from when it left the tv show and keep it as a desplay.B. Get the car up and running and stopping on its own power and drive it. Missing original hood, grille and front bumper....but you could find those used, to match the vehicle.C. Restore it completely as the General Lee! All the sheet metal is available from AMD and many other supplier companies.D. Restore a 1969 Charger however you want. I just cannot bring myself to make a regular 69 Charger and possibly ruin a piece of Dukes of Hazzard history....so I am selling the car. Condition of the car, Quarter panels will need to be replaced along with the tail panel that houses the tail lights and the lower rear valance and body close out sheet metal, needs trunk floors and interior floors. The left rear frame rail is blown out....my guess is the way the car was stored and...

After all, the good-timing attitude this inspires while you play Dixie on the horn is always in style. And the performance-built 440 V8 under the hood is ready for all the hijinks. So take a long look at a special build that has a genuine Dukes of Hazzard connection. There is a huge desirability factor in owning a '69 Charger. There are terrific elements, like the hidden headlights, split grille (exclusive to '69), extra-wide chrome bumpers, and flying buttress C-pillars. Plus, the XS code in the VIN tells us that his is a real-deal R/T. But then you add the superstar element like the vivid orange paint that glows so bright, you'll still be recognizable even at night. It makes for a great canvas to add the General Lee's signature graphics and push bumper. This is even finished off with the correct Vector-style wheels. And this has to be an accurate representation of the General Lee, because it has a direct connection to the Dukes of Hazzard. It's believed to be a movie/promo car from a TNN production. Plus, you have the signatures of plenty of Dukes cast members from different productions. This includes Johnny Knoxville from the big screen movie, Ben Jones as Cooter from the original TV show, and Catherine Bach who will forever be Daisy. Chargers are popular because they're fast, but they're also spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly luxurious, too. While the Duke Boys...

Just like the exterior color, fans know the tan interior was what we saw on the screen. And while TV cars can often appear used and abused in real life, this General Lee is a hero you'll be glad to meet. In fact, this has a terrific original style, right down to the AM radio that's still on display. The seats even still have that great factory style pattern. Plus, it has Mopar's unique setup where you have two individual buckets, but can fold-up the center armrest whenever Daisy needs to sit in the middle. And there's an added button under the dash for those times when you need to announce your arrival with the proper Dixie horn. The engine bay is filled with...
